Our property viewing tours are for two people for 5 days, four nights.

All our tours are operated on a one-to-one basis, (no buses or coaches), so you can view properties that meet your own personal requirements.

The Viewing Tours include:

 Return flights to Spain
 Transfers to and from the airport
 Luxury accommodation in a three star hotel (four star in Almeria)
 Breakfast and all other meals whilst with our personnel

 The trip is relaxed and informal: guaranteed no pressure. These visits are designed to show you the area, the lifestyle, and give you a taste of living in Spain. When you find your dream home we will assist you with the opening of bank accounts and all your legal requirements including, if required, a mortgage. If you wish to rent out your property we will introduce you to local and reliable management and letting companies. Our after sales department is there to assist you, even down to helping you with the purchase of furniture for your new home. When you are back home our after-sales department will liaise with the builders on your behalf, keeping you informed of the progress of your property.
